I cannot say enough good things about Kreston Harrison and his team. He was very responsive and called a couple of times when we were getting other quotes because he was concerned about my husband working in the basement that had water and mold. He was on time every day, explained what they would be doing, worked quickly and neatly, did everything that he said he would in the quote. He is forthright, honest and a very kind man. His work was meticulous and I would highly recommend him for whatever job you have.

Excellence from start to finish! Kreston is everything all the reviews have said he is… Professional, informative, and responsive! He really helped educate my husband and I about potential mold issues in our basement. When we received our test results back, he was very informative in helping us understand our lab results. Lastly, he gave us information about potential dehumidifiers we could purchase to help prevent mold in our basement in the future. Great service from start to finish!

I contacted Kreston regarding mold on our bathroom ceiling. He responded promptly and came to our home within a couple of days. Kreston was personable and professional. He was patient with our many questions and educated us throughout the process of assessing our mold problem. As we don't have access to the attic in our townhouse, he went to our neighbors attic to further assess. In comparison to other mold inspectors/remediators, his prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend him .
