I told Nappy that a friend & I were installing the toilet when we found a leak so decided on a plumbing expert instead. He was merely going to place the toilet & not address the leak. I lost sleep for days trying to dry the subfloor before I called him back to check his work. It had been done wrong. He removed the toilet & I was still left w/ the toilet to install and the old one to dispose of by myself too!
