My electric panel suddenly had to be replaced. Thumbtack website recommended Cris Bradley who contacted us. Cris is a very experienced electrician, easy to communicate with and he knew the codes, the processes and the people (power company workers, inspectors, etc.) necessary to efficiently change our entire electrical service. His pricing was competitive and an excellent value for us. I had never met Cris before but am very glad I did. Cris is a diligent and knowledgeable worker; I recommend him very highly for solving electrical problems.

Very thorough. Diagnosed and repaired in 1 hour. Came on a Saturday for no extra charge. Licensed Electrician. I'm a Insurance Adjuster by trade. Guys like these are hard to come by. Will definitely use him again.

His initial response was prompt. However, when he learned that I live 1hour away from his office, he never responded, even after I acknowledged the distance and requested a referral. I feel this demonstrates a lack of common courtesy.
