- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I prefer to include the paint in the price to make sure I work with high quality paint. I like to do the best work possible and the paint is very important.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, get the address, see what they need done, do the estimate and give them a price, then start and finish the job on the estimated time to do the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for big and reputable companies that trained me and show me everything I know today.
