Well for lawn cutting we can possibly have a discussion on accommodation if your neighbors & the block get weekly service from me when you start up. Other than that for everything I am reasonable & fair, but understand the economy changes everyday in regards to material sourcing? Etc…

Building a rapport with them. 100% transparency & showcasing my reliable while preparing a detailed explanation about the service they requested.

7 years of lawn care & landscaping maintenance, 2 years of basic horticulture & design, 4 years of managerial & customer service experience, & an associates degree
