Justin was very thorough. He was originally hired to fix a roof leak around a chimney and resurface a coated roof with some moulding repair over an entrance way. As with most things when the original moulding was removed we found that all of the wood under it was rotted away. Justin basically rebuilt the whole front roof using PVC board and moulding so it would not rot again. He also found the bottoms of the columns were patched with bondo very badly. He removed all of this and redid it. The columns look like they are brand new. He then painted the whole thing. Looks very good. He also did a great job fixing the leak issue around the chimney. He found that the person who had done the siding did not flash the chimney correctly. This was repaired. He is also very good about cleaning up, nothing is left around.

The interior of my home was beautifully painted according to the contract, and then some. The painter noticed some areas that needed touching up elsewhere, and so he did those areas as well, gratis. They were courteous, trustworthy and exceptionally clean.

Justin was great. He came late due to some vehicle problems, but gave a reasonable cost to do the repair and set to it, in the drizzle and gloom. He had brought with him all the tools and equipment and finished quickly. He was very organized and meticulous, and very easy to relate to. Altogether an excellent resolution of tornado damage.
