- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we have a guild line or price list, but every event is different, factors such as date, season, and distance all attribute to pricing. However our pricing is extremely competitive and we pride ourselves in charging what our services are actually worth without taking advantage or overcharging.

Initial contact: determining availability, discussing basic pricing, establishing a follow up. Follow up: we meet in person or talk over the phone, we show you pictures and videos of work we have done to determine what set up you are interested in, discuss total pricing for the set up you picked and gathering basic info (time, date, address, your contact info, etc.) Invoice: I email you an Invoice of the services you picked Written Agreement: we meet to sign a written agreement and take care of any necessary deposits. Final Meeting : discuss final details such as music program, announcements, requests, etc. Day of: Event day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 100% self thought as a DJ and have worked in Professional audio retail stores like "Sam Ash" and "Guitar Center" as a Pro Audio and DJ advisor. There I learned the ins and outs of Professional Audio and DJ. Our lighting techs work in the field as a career and program lighting for concert events and large hotel events.
