- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is for a package that includes the following: 1-Unlimited prints & visits to the booth / custom graphics name,event, and date on the strips 2-Full prop box 3-Photo booth attendant 4-Choice of background 5-You receive a USB of all the photo booth images at the end of the event 6-Social Media Kiosk (allows your guests to view and email their digital photos to themselves) 7- Online Password protected viewing gallery 8-Delivery, Set up, and Breakdown AND DID I MENTION FUN !!!!! We are also fully insured to be in any venue in the Tri-State area *CALL AND ASK ABOUT OUR CURRENT DISCOUNTS!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact with the client we send them a contract so they see everything we are providing in writing. Once the client returns the contract along with a deposit their date is booked! We check in with the client periodically and address any questions or concerns they may have up until the date of the event. Day of event we arrive an hour prior to the agreed start time to set up. Then its time for photo booth FUN!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being a Photographer for years so I think it was only natural to get into the Photo Booth biz. Formal photography is great and will always be needed, but photos from the Foto-Matt Booth will make people smile for years to come!
