Every phase of the renovations conducted by Limitless Bldg. provided a group chat video showing what was completed. One big fear as a homeowner that we tend to have with newly hired contractors is that the contractor will conduct work one day and be gone the next several days on another job. Pretty much leaving an owner furious with anxiety on whether their work will be completed. Limitless Bldg. truly eliminate this fear because their team was always onsite working feverishly to complete the job. Any days in which they had to tend to another job they would immediately inform me in advance which was usually temporary for a few hours and then they were back. I am finally proud to say that I have found a contractor that is true to there word and they do what they say under a fair and agreed upon contractual agreement. There work is exceptional with an attention to detail that is beyond reproach. We didn’t not want to spend a fortune and he did not try to push any ideas that would inflate the price. The owner, Matt, gave us a price, stuck to the price, came when he said he would come to do the work. The work is professional and just what we wanted. The workers were neat and friendly, (good with dogs, very important 😆) and the entire experience was exceptional. We highly recommend MWS!!!"See more

Jigar P. says, "Bought a co-op which needed a lot of TLC. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms needed complete gutting and renovation. I met with a couple of contractors before ultimately deciding to go with Esquire. Sajj was quick to get the necessary documents, permits in order to get started. During the demo, they noticed many issues that were unavoidable and needed to be fixed. They did so promptly, working with the building superintendent regarding water and gas. Many changes to the project because of unforeseen conditions but Sajj and his father worked through it. They also went above and beyond whilst not including it in the final bill. While it took longer than expected because of the unforeseen conditions, I am very pleased with the end result. Even after project completion and after final payment, Esquire came in twice to fix minor issues as I needed it. I would highly recommend Esquire Contracting for their attention to detail, open communication and professionalism."See more
