Every phase of the renovations conducted by Limitless Bldg. provided a group chat video showing what was completed. One big fear as a homeowner that we tend to have with newly hired contractors is that the contractor will conduct work one day and be gone the next several days on another job. Pretty much leaving an owner furious with anxiety on whether their work will be completed. Limitless Bldg. truly eliminate this fear because their team was always onsite working feverishly to complete the job. Any days in which they had to tend to another job they would immediately inform me in advance which was usually temporary for a few hours and then they were back. I am finally proud to say that I have found a contractor that is true to there word and they do what they say under a fair and agreed upon contractual agreement. There work is exceptional with an attention to detail that is beyond reproach. If you are an owner like me looking for a contractor to treat you fair, educate you on the job you are requesting, transparent on the day to day operations, then with out a doubt you must use these guys. Wendy W. says, "Having Francisco as our project manager was a blessing. We had been planning our home remodeling project for a long-time. A close friend of ours hired RIJI Home improvements and Handywork for their home addition and it turned out beautiful. Towards the end of their addition, they invited us to have a walk through and meet Francisco who was their project manager at the time. The meeting went really well and we knew right there and then that we would like to work with him and RIJI Home improvements and Handywork. We hired RIJI Home improvements and Handywork for the complete project, including design and architecture services. Our remodel involved some structural changes which required the assistance of Jamie the company's architect. All in all, the entire plan to permit stage was pretty straight forward and smooth. Although the city weren't easy to communicate with the team at RIJI Home improvements and Handywork were able to push things forward according to schedule. Francisco was a true asset for this project he was extremely helpful in moving things forward. He was very patient with us but very strict and assertive with vendors and the remodeling professionals. He did not cut corners and went into the nitty gritty details. He made sure that everything was done according to plan and was on top of all the project aspects. The city inspector was impressed with the project's progress and how organized and detailed the remodeling team were. He said that this was a team of professionals who knew their craft. Hiring RIJI Home improvements and Handywork is a choice that we are happy with. We felt that we were in good hands and that this is a company we could trust to take responsibility for their work. Despite an expedited time frame and difficult working conditions (we are on the 5th floor of a walk-up and most of the work was on the difficult-to-access second story of our duplex, he was able to complete the job beyond our expectations within the time allotted.
