Alex contacted me the minute I put out an inquiry on Thumbtack and arranged to come the very next morning. The motherboard of my front loading washing machine died and another technician had delivered the part but then disappeared. Alex was flexible about installing the part I already had and was good about communicating that it would me my responsibility if it didn’t work (of course I agree) The dryer was stacked on top of the washer & with my husband’s help they moved it to access the panel. Everything works perfectly now & his price was fair. Will 100% use him again for any appliance that gives me trouble

Alex was available the day I put the inquiry in, but I wasn’t. He came another day. He did a great job- had the part with him so he fixed our fridge leak that day. He was very nice, informative and cleaned up. I would recommend him for appliance repairs.

Alex is very responsive from the start. He got back to me right away from an inquiry over the weekend and continue to guide me through the process the entire time over the weekend on a Saturday and Sunday and came that Monday to help me. He looked at the problem he brought all his equipment. He knows a lot about not only the appliances, but plumbing and electrical so it is very helpful When he is doing a repair. He went out of his way a couple times to make sure I was happy and showed professionalism and honesty the entire time he is very knowledgeable and I recommended him to my friends and to anyone who reads this. Alex will help you out and he will do everything he can to make sure that you are happy. I highly recommend him.

Alex contacted me almost immediately and came within 2 hours ON A SUNDAY. Did the diagnostic and had to order a part. Was back by 10AM the next day and completed the work on my refrigerator. He was absolutely a joy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. Made me very comfortable with a "stranger" in my house and completed the work without any mess. Would definitely hire again for any appliance repair. Thank you Alex!
On 1/20/25 I called him again because the refrigerator went dark. He contacted me back within 10 minutes AGAIN and said he would come the next morning between 9 and 10am. It turned out to be an electrical outlet issue so I cancelled the visit BUT I just want to let the community know how responsive these people are to their clients. I will definitely call them for their expertise!
