- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes, equipment, time spent on-site and editing, fully edited images, and digital file delivery. The number of images received is dependent on square footage. Travel is not included on Thumbtack and will be added to quote dependent on distance to property. Veterans discounts available (Must show ID).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA from the School of Visual arts which is the top ranked photo school in the world. I have also been an art director for 2 separate companies and understand lighting and composition. I have always been fascinated with architecture and interior spaces and have been shooting ever since I picked up my camera. I am also a certified professional drone pilot.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After serving in the US Army as a infantryman, I began taking photos as a hobby. Upon returning from overseas and with my service coming to an end, I enrolled into SVA for a BFA in photography. I stumbled into real estate and architecture for a one off job and have never looked back. In a sense, it was blessing in disguise as it is now something I’m deeply passionate about and truly enjoy doing. Photographing a property, space, or building perfectly brings me the greatest satisfaction. I finally found what I love and was meant to do.
