Zoltan did a beautiful job with our full kitchen renovation (~100sq ft). We had the entire kitchen torn down and replaced with new appliances, cabinets, tiles, added 4 electrical outlets and a water line to the fridge. He was very respectful of our home rules and the rules of our co-op. His communication was excellent during the entire project and alerted us when issues would arise and discuss potential solutions with us. Zoltan did a great job making sure we were getting what we wanted the whole way through. Almost a year later, everything still works perfectly with no signs of wear or faulty craftsmanship. His tile work is especially exquisite and is very obviously leagues better than previously existing jobs. We're very happy customers.

I highly recommend Zoltan! We needed our apartment painted in a pinch and Zoltan showed up the same day to look at it and give an estimate. He got the job done ASAP and also repaired some unexpected water damage repair beautifully. I will use him for other jobs in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Zoltax LLC on a renovation project for my stairwell gallery and bedroom, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth and enjoyable. Not only was the work done to a high standard, but Zoltan also took the time to explain the intricacies of how my apartment was constructed. I learned so much about the structure of my apartment which added a personal touch to the whole experience. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Zoltan kept me updated at every stage, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the plans. The attention to detail was clear in every aspect of the renovation, and the finished spaces look beautiful and functional. I also live in a coop and he and his staff were very sensitive to the rules that are in place. One thing I’d also like to highlight is that Zoltan formally documented his estimate which listed a breakdown of the cost and all the details. Such documentation is so valuable as it adds to peace of mind on the work that’s agreed upon.  I wish I had taken pictures of what the areas of my apartment looked like before the renovation. The photos honestly don’t do the work justice. I wish I was a better photographer! In my gallery and stairwell wallpaper was falling from the walls which were also pretty cracked and uneven. In addition to being repainted, the stairwell a new railing and chandelier was installed. In the bedroom, the walls were also cracked and lumpy, the moulding was very old so they also worked their magic to refresh my walls. During the process they also refreshed my baseboards. So everything went from being crusty to looking welcoming and cheerful. Overall, I highly recommend Zoltex LLC for any renovation work. Their professionalism, skill, and customer care made this project a rewarding experience. I will definitely be working with them again in the future!
