I recently had the pleasure of working with Zoltax LLC on a renovation project for my stairwell gallery and bedroom, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth and enjoyable. Not only was the work done to a high standard, but Zoltan also took the time to explain the intricacies of how my apartment was constructed. I learned so much about the structure of my apartment which added a personal touch to the whole experience. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Zoltan kept me updated at every stage, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the plans. The attention to detail was clear in every aspect of the renovation, and the finished spaces look beautiful and functional. I also live in a coop and he and his staff were very sensitive to the rules that are in place. One thing I’d also like to highlight is that Zoltan formally documented his estimate which listed a breakdown of the cost and all the details. Such documentation is so valuable as it adds to peace of mind on the work that’s agreed upon.  I wish I had taken pictures of what the areas of my apartment looked like before the renovation. The photos honestly don’t do the work justice. I wish I was a better photographer! In my gallery and stairwell wallpaper was falling from the walls which were also pretty cracked and uneven. In addition to being repainted, the stairwell a new railing and chandelier was installed. In the bedroom, the walls were also cracked and lumpy, the moulding was very old so they also worked their magic to refresh my walls. During the process they also refreshed my baseboards. So everything went from being crusty to looking welcoming and cheerful. Overall, I highly recommend Zoltex LLC for any renovation work. Their professionalism, skill, and customer care made this project a rewarding experience. I will definitely be working with them again in the future!

We brought Zoltan in for a ton of work on our main floor, basement, and backyard. We needed drains installed, electrical upgraded, full cosmetic overhaul of first floor including new kitchen, and more. Zoltan brought in his plumber and electrician as well which was a major selling point for us. The quality of the behind wall work was good and the main living area and kitchen turned out beautifully. Our flooring situation was challenging and Zoltan made sure it turned out perfect. He sought to save us money where possible (within reason) which we appreciated. He is very communicative and always easy to reach, honest and punctual. Overall great job. Thank you!

Zoltan and his team are great to work with. His priority is to make the client happy! They opened up one of my closets (which I’ve been trying to do for years) and also built my TV/fireplace wall which looks amazing! His pricing is very reasonable and he even installed my TV for free! Would definitely recommend!
