I had bed bugs last year - it was a horrible and costly experience! Apparently I brought them home with me from (are you ready for this??!) THE W HOTEL LAKESHORE in CHICAGO!! You pay $200 a night for a room and they have bed bugs!! a few days after I returned from my trip, I started getting bitten. Lo and behold, my traveling companion also started getting bitten at her residence! It was absolutely miserable. I called the W and they told me that this was such a common occurrence that they don't even bother compensating people anymore, they wouldn't even refund the cost of my stay! Meanwhile, the exterminators informed me that bedbugs can live in your walls for up to a year without feeding, so you have to exterminate for a full year in order to guarantee that the problem won't come back. A little research confirmed that this was in fact true, and so I worked with Queens Bed Bugs in order to get rid of them. My friend was forced to do the same. After the first treatment, I only got a few more bites, and then the exterminators came back to treat monthly, for a full year. From what I understand, everyone has a different reaction to bedbug bites - some people have no reaction at all, and some people (like me) get huge welts that itch like hell. I will never ever return to the W Lakeshore Chicago, and I'm extra careful about where I set my luggage when I travel now...

These people are real professionals. We had a mice problem in my apartment in Middle Village & they were so helpful and speedy in responding! I am happy to report that we have been mice-free since the guys from Queens Bed Bugs came out and they gave us some great home protection tips in order to keep them out again. That was nice of them because they effectively took business away from themselves, but they were just really nice and hospitable people.

awesome job! i thought we had bed bugs this summer when everyone was in a panic and i called to have my apartment inspected because i saw something that looked like a bed bug. when they came out and checked the apartment out, it turns out that we didn't have an epidemic of bugs, that it was just a garden bug that had snuck into our place. they were very nice and responded to us quickly. if we ever are in need of an exterminator we will definitely give them a call since they were so thorough in their work!

I had questions about bed bugs and if I really had them and Queens bed Bugs contacted me with no delay by both phone and email. The process of setting up an appointment was seamless. The exterminators proved to be professional, hard-working and completely honest. They did not try to sell us anything we didn't need and went above and beyond what i expected in terms of service. How convenient. In a heartbeat I would recommend Queens Bed Bugs to anyone who is looking for a decent, honest exterminator.

my brother grabbed a nightstand off the curb for me b/c he knew i needed one, too bad in this day and age you cant do that because of bed bugs! and bed bugs i got! the first place that could even help me out was queens bed bugs and they came by my place the same day i called. they were really helpful and started treatment that day. also, they were pretty inexpensive and i would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable solution.
