- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer is different. We have a proven approach and ask all the right questions to get a clean understanding of what you want us to do for you. We come prepared with examples of work we've done and wont leave till you're satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have the proper training required by NYC DOB and OSHA. Those include: 4hr Supported Scaffold 16hr Suspended Scaffold 10hr OSHA Fall Protection GHS The owners have the following training: 10/30 OSHA 4hr Supported Scaffold 16hr Suspended Scaffold NYC DOB Rigger 40hr Site Safety Manager Fall Protection 32hr Scaffold Builder 32hr Suspended Scaffold Supervisor Bach. of Science Construction Management Post Ed. - Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We have worked on properties owned by Google, Chipotle, etc. and are fond of not only large clients but we apply the same amount of detail to small clients as well.
