- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is clear, fair, and competitive. We provide free inspections and detailed estimates so you know exactly what you’re paying for. There are no hidden fees everything is transparent upfront. We also offer financing options, insurance claim assistance, and discounts on bundled services (roofing, siding, gutters together). On full replacements, we even include up to 3 sheets of plywood at no extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and stress-free: Inspection & consultation – free, with photos and clear explanation. Detailed estimate – itemized pricing and product recommendations. Insurance assistance (if needed) – we work directly with adjusters. Project scheduling – we set a start date that works for you. Professional installation – clean, safe, and efficient work. Final walkthrough & warranty – ensuring your satisfaction and long-term protection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are factory-certified by GAF and Owens Corning, fully licensed and insured in New York, and trained in roofing, siding, and gutter systems that meet manufacturer guidelines and NYC building codes. We also complete ongoing professional training to stay updated on new products, safety standards, and installation techniques.
