- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I meet with my clients and analyze their financial information on a complementary basis. Investment management is based on a standard industry fee structure that is the same for all advisors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's really important for me to get to know my prospective clients so generally it takes couple of meetings before I present them with a strategy on how to best move forward. At that time we have a discussion and implement some or all steps, and then we establish a review schedule moving forward. Generally I sit down with my clients to review their accounts at least once annually but more frequently if they prefer. Also I'm always accessible to them during the day if they have questions or need to see me prior to our scheduled review date. I'm truly committed to everyone that I work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Financial Economics from the University of London. I also have a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Banking & Finance from the University of Malta. I'm a Registered Investment Advisor. I have a Life, Accident and Health Insurance License. I have about 16 years of financial experience in investments and taxes
