"He played too rough, would listen, he'd even started showing undeniable signs of aggression. I felt I had a pretty good grip on his behavior, but my wife was naturally scared of what this would grow into over time as he reached potentially 175-200 pounds as an adult. Everything we'd read, every family member, family friend, & neighbor kept landing us back on this place. After some time, it seemed there was no other option than to reach out & see what all the hype was about. Initially, we were a little sticker shocked at the cost, but quickly lamded back on reality's doorstep once we factored in the training time, the trainers skills, the need for us to do this & ultimately the pay off/end result of everything. All things considered, looking back today, is have paid two times as much for even half of what we ended up with. Tux can now play with his friends outside w/o incident. He knows lots of new commands, like Sit & Down, & Heel. He'll actually stick to my side like glue now even without his leash on. He's learned all kinds of new things, & more importantly, so too did we. We were both pretty amazed at just how many little things we'd been doing wrong over the years with previous dogs & ufortunately, we just didn't know any better. You hear these tips & tricks throughout your life & youve really got no reason to doubt them as they often work fine with a dog that is already mostly well behaved. Not always s the case though when you have s dog that wants to live life on the edge at all times. Not this guy, not anymore. I can't say enough good things about the staff & their ability to bond quickly with Tux, as he's not usually the most people friendly. Within the first few hours, our trainer was already spending time working with our boy & sending us updates showing consistent improvement that was nothing short of mind blowing to say the least. By days 12/13/14 there was no doubt left. We'd seen more than enough to know this would prove to be one of the best investments we've ever made in a pet we've loved. Lol, we're actually strongly considering a second dog now & recruiting the services of Off Leash K9 Training again in the future. We can't recommend them enough! You will not regret this decision & your dog will come home happy & eager to show off their new skills. I know Tux was, he's so proud of himself & always ready to go out & play now on or off leash. Absolutely AMAZING guys!!! Thank you-Thank you-THANK YOU!!!! Brandon & Rebecca R. Tux says "thank you" too😊"

Regional K-9

I cannot say enough positive things about Pat. I highly recommend him and his program(s). My dog Judge (a former shelter dog) came home from three days at Regional K-9 with Pat a changed dog! He not only learned great leash techniques but basic obedience and communication as well. The best part, however, is that Pat treated him like his own dog. He has also maintained constant contact since we left and has continued to give us tips and pointers. Pat and Regional K-9 are totally worth the expense; having a well-trained dog is priceless.

Wise K9 Training

My dog had some aggression issues towards other dogs, I was at the point of giving the dog up. Then I found wise k9 training online and at the end of training I had a completely different dog! Very happy with the results.

Jumping Jack's Dog Training + Pet sitting

I am very satisfied with the training I received from Danielle. I needed help with walking my large breed dog, and she taught me how to walk her in a confident and effective manner. She taught me how to use a type of leash called a Gentle Leader. I had to work with my dog (still working) every day using the leash, beginning at a few minutes, and then progressing to a longer amount of time. Merribelle is coming along well. Danielle is very personable and positive. She makes you feel comfortable and treats you and your dog with respect. She has confidence in your ability to be successful, and does not treat you like you did something wrong. She teaches you the methods you need. I highly recommend her to anyone needing help with their dog. She is also professional. She comes to an appointment on time and stays the duration.

Good Dog Training Services

We had our rescued Yorkie mix for 6 months before finally calling Nate. Baxter is good at home, but we avoided other dogs when outside of the house and a few uncomfortable (but not violent) incidents with neighboring dogs made us nervous about continuing with what was admittedly a precarious canine social status quo. Our group sessions and (1) private session with Nate helped us realize that our dog wasn't aggressive, but fearful and anxious, and that if we committed to socializing him while also adapting behaviors that made him feel at ease when on walks and in the park, he'd relax enough to have pleasant meets with other pups. Nate came to our house, talked us through some of our habits, and helped give us tools to socialize Baxter. Since then, our guy has been a totally different dog. He is very smart. We know that putting the work in has already yielded wonderful results. Two months ago, if you'd told me that we'd be able to take our dog to a classroom with a bunch of other dogs, I would have laughed in your face. Baxter is doing much better with all his skills thanks to Nate. Is our dog perfect? No! He's a dog! Sometimes he still acts like a dog. Sometimes the dog park just isn't going to happen. Sometimes he barks when he shouldn't. But I know Nate can't work a miracle, especially with just one session. Baxter is a rescue and a work in progress. For now, we're totally happy with the training we've been doing and the huge improvement we've seen in such a short amount of time. When people now compliment us on our "good dog," we always tell them that it was Nate who helped us out. Thanks Nate! Was this review …?
