Viktor was very responsive and got to me very quickly after my call. He is highly organized, respectful of my home and took time to try to find the problem with my washer. Unfortunately, my machine was an older model and he discovered two issues that could cost more to fix than buying a new machine. He was upfront with me about the status of the machine and suggested that the cost to repair was more than a new machine would be. I liked his honesty. He was here over an hour but only charged his normal price for his standard house call. I would add that my washer would not spin out the clothes and I had taken the wet clothes out of the machine and placed them in a basket. Viktor put my clothes in and got one more spin in so that I could dry them. That is going above and beyond. He is great!

Viktor was outstanding! I reached out and he was available the same day. He was extremely professional from start to finish. I wasn’t onsite while he worked on my dryer, but he took pictures and videos to keep me informed and clearly explain the root cause of the issue.
