FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no set price for most things because every job is different. I offer a few options for payment, including credit cards and financing. And I’m always willing to work with the customer on pricing. It won’t impact the labor rate unless scope of work changes, but will impact the materials. I use mid-high end materials so decreasing price or scope of work is what can bring the quote down. Some jobs I can quote from a picture, most jobs need to be walked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I walk the property- ask questions to get a general idea of what they’d like, and if there’s any specifics they want. Then I work on the estimate and send it to them with a follow up a few days later.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6 years of experience through hands on training. My dad owned a construction business and my mom owns a painting and drywall business- so it’s practically in my DNA
