- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest, and we are not the most expensive. We offer fair pricing and quality work. We demand excellence from ourselves and our employees. We also have a 100% Service Guarantee, if something is not to your liking just let us know and it will be fixed within 24 hours :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
#1. We discuss on the phone when a good time to meet in person is and we set an appointment at the jobsite. When we meet with new customers we like to hear what their current concerns are and what they are looking to have done. #2. We then discuss what we can offer and exchange business cards, we follow up by emailing them a quote for services within 48 hours. Then the rest is history...…. we leave the customer with a job well done!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been cleaning residential and commercial job sites since 2002, we know what works!! We have narrowed it down to what we feel are the BEST most effective equipment and cleaning products on the market that do the job the first time.
