I'm really happy I chose whole house carpet cleaning for my carpet cleaning. He was able to come out the next day after giving a very reasonable quote and was right on time for the scheduled service. Tony came over the day we closed on our new house. We had some serious pet odor/cat urine issues. We called him the day before and he graciously fit us into his schedule. His price was fair, he thoroughly cleaned all carpeted areas, was never in the way of our other contractors in the house at the same time and none of his cleaning products left a strong chemical odor.
One thing he did that I truly appreciated was that he offered to clean the worst smelling room free of charge. It was the laundry room, where the cat of the former owners had obviously soiled the entire floor. The smell did not come out, not by fault of his. We ended up ripping out the carpet and the entire subfloor because it was completely ruined. However, he did not have to do that...it was his time and resources. I truly appreciated that he tackled the challenge!
Tony was TOP NOTCH and I will definitely use him again and refer him to friends and business associates in need of any carpet cleaning services. His price was fair, he was efficient and he left our house smelling much better than we expected! He is an outstanding professional!!!
