- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the menu and total number of guests. A private dinner for two 2 is usually between $80 and $100. This includes cooking and cleaning. Menu is pre-approved and payment is made after service. Large dinner parties and private events are priced per guest and depends on the chosen menu. Service charge of $125 is added for large catering events and large private dinner parties. Cooking demos/classes are $50 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit and have a quick coffee or phone call and discuss the event. Larger events usually require a tasting to see what the customer likes and dislikes about my chosen menu.
