- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is charged by mileage from the 14616 area. It's as simple as that. We don't charge for additional dogs, cats, etc.. We cater to every need our customer may have & we are very flexible as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually have phone or email conversations and follow that up with a "meet & greet " where we go to the clients house and meet there pets!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly we walk dogs during the afternoon for our clients who work long hours. We also offer vacation packages in which we visit dogs a few times a day while there parents are away! We also care for many cats!
