Customer service is top notch, quick response, understanding and easy to get scheduled. Able to have someone out that same day and didnt need to be home for them to complete the service. Bees were gone within 24 hours and the price is reasonable for such quick service. Will only be going to Rochester Pest Pros for all my bee issues from now on!
