Customer service is top notch, quick response, understanding and easy to get scheduled. Able to have someone out that same day and didnt need to be home for them to complete the service. Bees were gone within 24 hours and the price is reasonable for such quick service. Will only be going to Rochester Pest Pros for all my bee issues from now on!

My roofline needed extensive sealing and Rochester Pest Pro did an outstanding job. Chris completed a thorough assessment and provided a detailed report that gave me confidence in the work needed. Ken followed up to seal all the problem areas and both were kind, professional, and reassuring, even mentioning theyd return if anything needs attention. Their courtesy call before arriving early was appreciated. Excellent service all around.

The employee who showed up to inspect the area around the home was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and remained professional.
