I have used Alcott Construction for several projects in my home. I have used them repeatedly because the quality and timeliness of the projects are important to me and they nailed it. They replaced all the windows on the first floor. They replaced all my old exterior doors. They have completed a bathroom remodel for me and I love it. I will be using them for an upstairs addition in the future.

I was really optimistic about doing business with Alcott Construction. The owner ( Shane ) had great communication initially and we came up with a game plan . As a result of his positive attitude and willingness to help, I even added more business on to the job. I gave a reasonable timeline and emphasized when I had to move into my new house . Shane would give dates he would “forsure” show up , then no show . This happened two times . After a while it was like I was begging or bothering him regarding when the project would start . I’m not sure if he took on more than he could handle , however if that was the case he never communicated that, and I won’t beg anyone to take my money . As a result of him flaking on the job, I am in a very very bad situation with a move in date drawing near . I’m at a loss of words on how someone could do business like this , but I suppose this is the world we live in now . I would not recommend nor would I advise you do business with Alcott Construction if you seek reliable help . I hope you have a different experience if choose to do business with this company . Reputation is everything.
