I had a kitchen project and contacted Shane for a consultation. He responded promptly and very patiently worked with us to make plans. As the plans evolved, we had many questions and requests. He was courteous and accommodating. In the end, we had to postpone our start date because we found a structural problem in the house that needed immediate attention. But our experience so far has been great, and I look forward to starting the actual kitchen remodeling project with Shane!
