Tim was not 'the' least nor 'most' expensive. having said that, he and his workmanship were still a great value. We came across a few problems with the job (due to cupboards not being level from a prior installer!) but Tim was able to find a means to solve the problem so we could continue with the project just the way I wanted it to look. A pleasure to work with him, and we would use him again when we need home repair/improvement projects.

I had a hose that wasn’t functioning properly in the kitchen sink of one my rental units. Tim came promptly at the time he said he would arrive; he was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue as quickly and efficiently as he could, and the cost was actually under what he estimated. I will likely use him for larger projects in the future. I highly recommend his services!
