Dominique and her mother did a nice job of a move-out cleaning service that I'd hired them for. For a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment, I was charged 120$, which was reasonable. They had good communication skills, were very courteous and followed social distancing protocols, necessary for the times we live in. They brought all the required cleaning equipment and set to work immediately; no dilly-dallying or chatter. Not only did they clean up thoroughly, they even went over and beyond by offering to call and speak to my landlord, when I was concerned about a small, stubborn carpet stain that couldn't be removed even professionally, in case I was refused my full deposit. Will hire again!

She text me on the day that she was supposed to show up to do the job to say an emergency came up and asked if I would be available the following day. When I questioned if she was certain that she could come on the following day because if she couldn't, I would need to find someone to take care of it. Her response with a bit unprofessional, so I decided not to engage in any further communications in regards to the doing my carpet. This put me in a bad situation but I found a company on Google at the l last minute. They came out and took care of the carpets. This situation along with others does make me NOT want to deal with certain businesses in the future.

Our house was left spotless after the cleaning, thank you so much!!
