- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated. I charge 25-35 dollars an hour for homes, and 35-40 for offices/businesses (depending on many details, which we can talk about). Prices vary based on promotions and by tasks (heavy lifting, out of the ordinary cleanup, risk involved, etc...).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call, meet and greet and quote, set scheduling or dates, and finally impressing my customer with a freshly clean home or office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly researching new natural cleaners, ergonomic equipment, and non wasteful items to clean with. To me, I want the customer to know that their house is clean, and safe for their children, that I am exercising safety while I work, and that I am aware of the waste issues we face as a society and work to recycle, and reuse whenever possible.
