- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
prices vary depending on the services requested. A free estimate allows the customer to design their cleaning to fit their budget and they pay that same amount each time. There are no surprises or hidden charges. No contracts or fees for cancelled cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial quote, I like to speak to my customers over the phone to get as many details as possible. If the cleaning is more than just a one time clean, I like to schedule a free estimate so the customer can show me their home and they can pay what their budget will allow and they can taylor the cleaning to fit their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business since 2003 and have experience in both residential and commercial cleaning.
