I contacted Pepe's as I am moving into a new apartment and was looking to have the kitchen and bathroom deep cleaned and the small entryway swept and mopped. The amount I was quoted was $104. I was extremely detailed in what exactly I was looking for and rearranged my schedule so I could take my lunch at the time they scheduled. 2pm. I brought this woman up to the apartment and she proceeds to say that she may need to "call this in" and she is going to want $50 more. The kitchen is very small. I can literally take one hand and touch one wall and extend the other hand and touch the other. There's one counter. The stove and the refrigerator we're honestly not bad at all...in my opinion they just needed to be wiped down in sanitized. Bathroom is average size, again, not overly dirty. I told her I was going to pass and she then states, she will do it for the price I was told. I felt like I was being hustled and at that point he had no interest in these people cleaning my home. She begrudgingly left and I have now hired a very reputable company to come and clean tomorrow. This was extremely inconvenient and set me back a day in my move but I felt very uncomfortable having this person clean my home after she just tried hustling me. I would be very, very weary of this company
