“Prime Cleaning” All neat and tidy and actual professionals. All those details I am unable to do myself for more than eight months! Imagining the professional, kind, and considerate way we received their help is still a bit unbelievable for me! We have had some —- scoundrels. Ugh! Others we contracted services where work was not done but we paid for🤨! This company’s service was so remarkable that we (as well as my 90+ mother-in-law who used their fabulous services first!) got on the Thumbtacks website .. Surprise!! Amazing! I have zero complaints!! 🙍🏼Not even my usual pangs I get after I pay for services!! I spoke with them, met them, had a thorough yet brief walkthrough, and Corgi did not act silly OR bark at them..and I painfully unable to clean for years now ( or lived to regret it) feel their service is way beyond my expectations for their work OR the cost! Plus I think our 1880’s 2-story home deserved the detail.. They cleaned my 10-year-old shower door back to a luster, my spouse’s bathroom spotless, no traces of our hairy dog, no longer a crusty stove top, filmy sinks or surfaces, THEY DUSTED our wood floors and stairways as if done on by a hands-and-knees polished! Plus, I now feel comfortable and confident to ask Prime Cleaning to tackle some new wishes! And of course my mother-in-law already made a schedule with them for every two weeks🤓 This service is well above and beyond ! They pack their own products and equipment and I know what that expensive shopping list amounts to! I did not have to suffer losing a whole day with strangers. My pup and I did errands.. yes I was comfortable in leaving them to do their best! Prime Cleaning, I can give them nothing but praise and appreciation. Wonders are that they are a great, honest, Do As You Request Company! Now see it and we are relaxing this weekend 🤓🤓Yippee, there is a no-b.s. cleaning crew (as we have fallen for disappointment over and over and gave them our money on top of the disappointment too). PRIME Cleaning gave us their time here, and to think that I almost balked at paying for all of this due to wading through the ilk from others. Like the “plumber” last week who walked over to 3 different leaks in sinks; everyone of the three was a $595 job! The nerve! I have felt and had reluctance all year to trust a contractor, trying to sell me with their additional monthly fees !! I was before very sad, but we did tried once again. AND will continue using them. All neat and tidy, and all those details I am unable to do myself for the past eight months! I live in a big studio loft at Station 55 and I rcvd a Deep clean, folded clean clothes and put them way, cleaned the entire floor which is the size of half a basket ball court almost, cleaned my massive windows, dusted the entire unit which is quite a feat! Cleaned bathroom, kitchen you name it they did it and ALL WHILE I WAS AT WORK! IMPRESSIVE! Very trustworthy and punctual! They’ll definitely have my business again!

Christian and Amy were able to get us in to have our 2 large area rugs cleaned within 1 1/2 weeks. They showed up on time, did a fantastic job, and left us with complete instructions for after care. My husband wasn't entirely sure we needed the rugs clean until after they had finished. What a difference! Thanks so much for a great job. I'd recommend Prime Cleaning to anyone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building a trusting relationship. Making sure we completely understand what the client wants done and we go over our expectations as well. In some cases these conversations are on the phone or at the client's residence during the walk through. If all questions has been answered, we email an estimate. if approved, we proceed to scheduling a day and time for the job to be done.

I gained 12 years cleaning experience from my previous employers.
