I create custom, hand-painted murals, decorative art, portraiture, and original paintings for homes and businesses in the Western New York area and reasonably beyond. With over 25 years as a professional artist, writer, and director in film, video, advertising, commercial art, and the entertainment industry, I bring a cinematic eye and strong storytelling sense to every wall and canvas.
I don’t do faux finishing—every piece is original, custom-designed artwork. I also serve as a Security Officer at a local high school and middle school, where I value strong relationships, guidance, and trust—qualities I bring to my client work as well.

We are very happy with our mural. Tim did a good job of listening to what we wanted, was open to suggestions, and worked diligently to finish the project. The wall was on a slope and he overcame the difficult terrain, the hot weather, and the rainy weather to finish in a timely manner. He was a pleasure to work with.

I recently moved into a studio apt that has been newly renovated but with one botched eye sore in the middle of the main room to cover a previous doorway. Not sure how I was going to hide this, the idea of a mural popped in my head. I then searched for a local Mural artist and it lead me to this app with 3 choices. Tim was the first to respond quickly. Tim is a tremendous visionary when it came to painting our son's bedroom mural. He took time to understand what we wanted and ran with the idea. The mural came out terrific and we have gotten many compliments from friends and family. It'll be something our son will cherish over the years.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with the customer's budget to make them feel comfortable they are getting the best work for the best price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If they prefer over the phone, via email, or in-person, I like to ask what the client is looking for, if there are examples of what they prefer or if they'd like me to provide them. We discuss the logistical aspects of mural creation. We work out price, times I'll be working, and cover any questions they may have. From there we start the process, either through pre-production or going straight at it. Since I've worked with a wide range of people in a wide variety of industries and situations, I am very good at making people feel comfortable as the magic takes place and appears as a finished, one-of-a-kind, beautiful piece of art.

Winner of numerous Scholastic Art Exhibit Awards. B.F.A. in Illustration and Commercial Design, Minor in Psychology: Columbus College of Art and Design (full scholarship), M.F.A. in Film and Video Writing and Directing, Columbia College Chicago (scholarships). Numerous awards in the advertising business and film business. Professional career at production companies throughout Chicago, Los Angeles and SW Florida.
