- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes and no. There are some types of events i can give a rough idea of how much cost can be involved but I find that working to find more cost effective methods can save my clients money, especially when they are on a fixed budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first have a meeting to discuss all options for their needs to determine the best and most effective course of action. Usually I sit down over some coffee and not only discuss the work needed but this helps me to determine the "look" or results my clients are looking to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a associates degree in Photography and several years education in art management, history and skills in other physical media that allows me to not only think outside the box but create something that is unique.
