Nate has done a great job considering how poor the weather has been, We had him weed and lay down more than 5 yards of mulch, he is also cutting and trimming our lawn. If his price is right we will have him plow for us this winter. I would highly recommend Riverside Lawn Care & Property Management.

A month into a (so far) tough winter and Riverside is doing a great job with my driveway plowing. They show up when needed, and the driveway has been cleaned out well before time for the morning commute. They also do a good job with snow placement, and plow just far enough away from the garage to be sure to avoid scraping the door, but without leaving so much snow that I have to shovel to get out. It is still a little early in the season for a full, fair assessment, but if they keep this up for the rest of the winter I would recommend them and will use them again next year!

Residential Mowing starts @ $25.00 per visit weekly mowing. (Service includes: Weekly mowing,trimming,blowing and edging) Commercial Mowing starts @ $35.00 per visit weekly mowing. (Service includes: Weekly mowing,trimming,blowing and edging) Mulching - Starts @ $75.00 per yard installed (includes: Price of mulch, delivery, and to lay it down) Spring/Fall Cleanup - $50 per man hour / minimum $150.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new or existing customer we take the time to visit each property in person to get familiar with the grounds before we give any estimate. Any Mowing Plan is calculated by Turf (grass) size not including property size. A written estimate is good for a total of 30 days from estimate date. Customer is notified by mail or phone 1 week prier to mowing season start and end.
