- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a set pricing structure. It is very typical in our industry for a company to inflate pricing when there is a major weather event or they are busy. We do not subscribe to the predatory high pressure tactics or price gouging that is common place in basement waterproofing and repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have a brief initial consultation to learn about the nature of the problem the homeowner is experiencing, we will schedule a free--no cost, no obligation inspection at a time convenient to the customer. We then provide a comprehensive evaluation of the problem and estimate for repairs. We will answer any question you may have before we go!
