Matt of Harmor WindowCleaners just left my place and the windows dazzle! He had to remove some storm windows, clean the window panes (6 per window) and remove paint sprays that had been sprayed on during a recent paint job. He took his time and didn’t rush the job. The windows are like new (in a 175 year old house) and dazzle from inside.
The price for the job was more than fair for the work he did! He has my highest recommendation and I will definitely hire him again next year.
