- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing shown on thumbtack are average priced windows for inside and out. The price may vary due to the size of the windows, the height of the windows location, double hung, single, storms, french panes, circular, triangles, shapes, skylights, ect. I will ask for your email and address that's being cleaned for a proper proposal!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make the most informed quote for you so you know exactly what you’re paying for. This way I’m prepared and preparation insures a smooth experience. What is your address? What's a good email to reach you? I’ll confirm with you which day works best and give you a heads up a couple of days before as a friendly reminder along with same day notice.
