- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from house to house as all houses and windows are different. We come out and do a complete walk around to look at the property to asses the work needed to be done. Once the estimate is in your hand that is the final cost no hidden fees or added costs when the job is done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we do a thorough walk through with new customer on how our process for cleaning windows works eg. cleaning solution, how long the job will take, any concerns we see with potential damaged windows
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started our business as a summer job in college which we than turned into a full time job for the past 18 yrs
