- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is an ongoing responsibility of all technicians. And to be able to transfer that knowledge to the customers that have a need.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
As well as repairing devices for the customers I also train the customer so that they have knowledge to do simple repairs and maintenance, without having to pay a technician each time something comes up.
