Salvatore was very professional and went about solving the problem despite having to climb on the roof that had a lot of snow on it. He also said that if there was a problem he'd be back to fix it but in his opinion everything was taken care of. I asked him for his information as I'm sure I'll ask him to come again for something in the future.
