- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send customer an organizer which goes through all information required to complete a tax return. They fill it in and send to me via secure portal, along with prior year return. We begin a dialogue by phone and email. If I have questions, I contact them. When complete, I send draft for review, approval and payment. Once confirmed, I e-file.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA in Business, concentration in International Finance 20 years underwriting corporate loans for major banks 6 years as Office Manager, Assistant Controller and Controller of 3 local businesses. 15 hours Annual continuing education in tax through the IRS
