Tim was great! I was nervous about having someone I didn't know take my hard drive home for repair. Tim was trustworthy, responsive and very knowledgeable; all qualities that put me at ease. He is definitely my go to person for computer issues now!

Mr. Mumford is the "real deal". He actually makes house calls in this day & age! He is quite prompt, very knowledgeable and not the least bit condescending as he explained my computer problem. He removed the hard drive, repaired it and returned it the next evening. Then patiently explained how I was to "master" the improvements. He is experienced, professional, and a very pleasant fellow. I have recommended him to everyone I know!

Experience was A++. He came out right away and had to take my computer in to fix since the hard drive crashed and was not able to bring it up. He was able to save my files at the shop and repaired the computer with a new hard drive. Came back out and installed quickly - very good at what he does; obviously knows what he's doing. I recommend him to all my friends and family. I thought his price was exceptional - especially when he ran diagnostics on the computer without charging me.

You get what you for. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars to get my experience and training necessary to take care of many problems correctly so I can guarantee my work 100% or you don't pay a dime!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a free diagnostic (within reason) in your home with no pressure to take action on get a repair. a lot of issues can be taken care of on site and others need special tools and time to repair. You're always kept in the loop on your status with full honesty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Information technology from Rensselaer Polyrechnic Institute. I also have over 12 years of experience fixing computers.
