- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you for. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars to get my experience and training necessary to take care of many problems correctly so I can guarantee my work 100% or you don't pay a dime!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a free diagnostic (within reason) in your home with no pressure to take action on get a repair. a lot of issues can be taken care of on site and others need special tools and time to repair. You're always kept in the loop on your status with full honesty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Information technology from Rensselaer Polyrechnic Institute. I also have over 12 years of experience fixing computers.
