Tim arrived on time and presented a neat and positive appearance and attitude. He asked direct questions in English not computerese and proceeded to analyze the problem. Within a few minutes he had discovered the problem and was able to correct it changing and upgrading same drivers. He then explained the problem and the corrections and made recommendations if the problem should ever reappear. Per my request he also made some additional changes to my computer and it now runs and acts like I desire. Tim is now number one on my computer needs list. He did a great job and has a great attitude.

He was honest with me when He knew I did not have the right computer for what I wanted. When I bought a computer from him he was completely faithful to the price he originally quoted me. Solid refurbished computer would recommend to anyone with one or more computer issues.

Tim was outstanding! After I messed up my computer (trying to DIY), he came over on a Sunday and fixed everything. He even went as far as loading the printer with ink and connecting it to the wifi. He was very prompt and professional. I asked him for his card as I will definitely be recommending him to my friends! Very satisfied customer here!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you for. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars to get my experience and training necessary to take care of many problems correctly so I can guarantee my work 100% or you don't pay a dime!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a free diagnostic (within reason) in your home with no pressure to take action on get a repair. a lot of issues can be taken care of on site and others need special tools and time to repair. You're always kept in the loop on your status with full honesty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Information technology from Rensselaer Polyrechnic Institute. I also have over 12 years of experience fixing computers.
