- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that we will be competitive with any other company’s pricing out there. We take pride in giving our customers the best possible price out there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers would be first by thanking them for reaching out to us. Next would be ask for basic information such as name, number, and address so we could additionally ask if we could come give a FREE estimate. We would give our expertise in which area you would be asking about if it was from building retaining walls to re-landscaping any design desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As owners of such an evolving trade we like to keep our techniques sharp. So twice or so a year we go to the different vendors and learn the exact way they like us to install their product. This is key to ensure it stands the test of time and we 100% guarantee our work.
