- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to set weekly rate...we can arrange as many meetings as possible each week. Typically two 75 minute workouts for men and up to three 50 minute workouts for women. Additional shorter and small group trainings as schedule allows. Minimum initial commitment of 4 weeks typically 12 weeks. Follow up program available at reduced rates.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I played high school and college football then became a teacher and a coach. I loved watching people surprise themselves as their fitness improved and then daring to set and achieve higher goals.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Teach basics and fundamental s of strength training and conditioning...then using my experience and wisdom to switch up workouts in a safe but progressively challenging way.
