I texted and agreed on a time for them to come and give me a quote. In that first message I provided my address. When the day came, I confirmed with them the time once again. Then they failed to show up, and claimed that they didn’t have my address. If they cannot retain info, they are clearly not competent to trust with cleaning my house. I found a different cleaning company immediately and never looked back. Adios, Tres Maids!
