* Restorative yoga and meditation groups for full-hearted living beyond breast cancer

Nancy is one of the best yoga teachers out there! I always leave her class feeling inspired, more self aware and with a sense of accomplishment in my practice. Students of all levels will learn a lot and feel challenged in ways that other styles of yoga and larger classes do not offer.

You will not be disappointed!
After 20 years of taking yoga classes, discovering Nancy Kardon's class was (and still is) like receiving a divine gift! Nancy's exceptional knowledge of the Iyengar method, clear instruction, attention to detail and constructive corrections has helped my practice immensely. After every class my body rejoices at new found openness and I am always inspired.
