Family Pest Solutions is a local company offering affordable and honest pest solutions for both residential and commercial services. We service throughout Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schoharie, Fulton, Montgomery and Schenectady counties. I have an A.C.E accreditation ( Associate Certified Entomologist). As a new homeowner I was not sure what issues needed to be addressed or what was urgent. Jack was able to put my mind at ease. He quickly developed a maintenance plan at a reasonable cost that was pet friendly. Would refer him to friends and family anytime.

He came today. He was very professional and explained everything. He arrived on time and ready to get the job done. We have to wait about a week or two to see if the treatment worked, but over all we are satisfied!

Jack from Family Pest Control responded quickly and exceeded my expectations. He worked on a two family rental property I own and was very cordial and professional in dealing with my tenants, putting them at ease and providing information on how they could help in alleviating future issues. I had wasps that had nested in the ground near my front door, and Jack was really flexible in finding a time to meet and assess the situation. Then he developed a multi-stage plan to get rid of the problem, knowing that one treatment alone doesn't always work for situations like this one. Not only did he treat the spot, but he included a whole house (exterior) treatment too. I appreciate that added value.
