- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customers needs, I have them explain to me what their end goal is. I will explain what the repair process is and try my hardest to be above and beyond their expectation levels.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am A+ Certified, Dell Certified, Axis Camera Certified, CCure9000, VideoEdge Certified and S2 Certified. I have been in the IT field for 20+ years. I went through AIT in the Army which instructed IT, radio, and electrical installation and repairs.
