Wow, that’s what comes to my mind when it comes to these guys. Today is Christmas Eve. I wanted my TV mounted before my family came for the holiday. Originally the install had to wait until the Monday so I cancelled the appointment. But Sean reached out and asked why I did and I said I needed it installed sooner. With Sean having to leave town during the holiday he still communicated with me in a respectful and professional manner. Showing concern and care for my situation. Sean said he can send one of his guys instead to get it done today for me. I couldn’t believe it. Kevin came out to help and saved the day, he knew what he was talking about very knowledgeable. Very friendly also and answered my sons questions. May I add my TV is 86 inches and is mounted over the fire place. Amazing service I couldn’t be happier. Sean and Kevin thank you so much for doing everything possible to take care of this for me. 10 out of 10 Service! I would recommend them over anyone else. This is as good as it can get!! Have an amazing holiday guys!!!

I can not say enough about how impressed I was with Sean. He took on the task as if it was his own home he was repairing. What started out small turned into something more difficult when he took the time to investigate further and he researched the best possible solution and personally helped me purchase the right parts. He was extremely responsive and always professional, even with some difficult unrelated moments with my neighbor. AND he did extra for me at no additional cost because he just wanted to go above and beyond. I already plan on doing more work with him.
